are pieces dishwasher safe ?

- all waterproof pieces (MUGS, ESPRESSO MUGS, PLATES, etc.) are dishwasher safe however, to protect the pieces we recommend hand wash - decorative items are neither waterproof nor dishwasher safe

The delivery costs vary according to the delivery address: - Delivery costs for Switzerland: 8 CHF - Delivery costs for EU/EFTA/UK: 25 CHF - Delivery costs outside the EU/EFTA/UK: 30 CHF
what is the delivery time ?

The delivery time for all products in stock is 7 days from the receipt of payment. The delivery time for customized orders may vary according to the request of the buyer (minimum 30 days from the receipt of payment). The buyer will be personally informed by v a l o u of the progress of his order and the delivery time. The above-mentioned delivery times are for information purposes only and are not binding for v a l o u. The buyer cannot refuse delivery or cancel the contract if the delivery time is longer than the above-mentioned time indications.
